Really great food, friendly service, well decorated. Sourdough bread cooked on premises, delightful.
Good food. Able to order half portions. Due to a big party being served we waited quite a while for our meals, which they acknowledged and discounted the bill (we didn't even complain) as well as giving us two yummy muffins to take home. Would definitely call in again.
Waited half an hour to get served after being seated. That was only after finally managing to wave down the server who was cleaning etc instead. Poor service. Came up to us and stood there, didn't speak. Then got the drinks wrong too. Very strange and awkward interaction. Twenty minutes wait to have order taken. Then another 40 minutes for sandwiches. The pie was another 35 minutes on top of this. Make sure you have got absolutely nothing else planned for the day. Definitely wouldn't come here again.
Cafe, restaurant with American style country decor and relaxing good value place to eat. Healthy vegan options, sandwiches and salads, baked breads, cakes and savory pies. Try the green juice. Very refreshing! Nice surroundings just next to Picton golf course.
