These guys are great! Bloody legends! In the early morning on 19th September 2018 whilst doing deliveries in the Picton area I broke down with my truck in the car park of The King George IV. (alternator packed up and the battery was completely dead). I was completely stranded in an unfamiliar place with a truck full of chilled produce worth thousands. I decided to take a walk to Picton Tyre & Mechanical to ask to borrow a battery pack, even though they were extremely busy the lead mechanic and assitant mechanic dropped their tools and without hesitation offered to help me fix my truck. They got my truck started and I was on my way. They spent 20 minutes working on my truck and did not ask me for a single cent. Thank you Picton Tyre & Mechanical - you guys are champs!
Recently had work done that went astray. Picton tyres did everything to correct the problem without hesitation, even loaning me a car while they did the fix. I cannot fault them for honesty and responsibility. I strongly recommend them.
I came across a puncture and although the shop closed at 12pm as it was a Saturday (I called at 11:30am), Dave was able to fix the tyre. Tbis was after a busy day for the team. There were a few others who popped in after me and Dave was more than willing to help them out
