This is the absolute best place to train - I love f45 in PICTON!
The environment is sensational with great support from all the trainers. Lunchtime classes are a good addition for those that work in the Picton area. Highly recommend.
I have trained at MANY places of the span of my life, and F45 Picton is by far the best. I have so much motivation to get up and go 4 times a week. The trainers are amazing and the community atmosphere is unlike anything else. I love it!!!!
I am new to F45 Picton however, I am already addicted and loving it! Everyday there is a new workout so you are never bored. The trainers are absolutely fantastic. They are so motivating and their constant support and encouragement pushes you to not give up! To anyone considering it I would definitely recommend - the atmosphere, workouts and of course trainers are phenomenal.
Tim and the Picton Crew have done an outstanding job of making working out FUN and a family environment. Its hard a workout at F45 but every trainer encourages you to push your limits, maximizing your results. There is nothing quite like finishing a killer class and being high fived by your trainers and fellow members! Awesome, positive, encouraging environment :)
