Id been looking for a place in Picton to have a haircut and knew that there were many places available. When I saw the sign out the front of Dee-Jays I was shocked by the price and decided to come back and have a go. The cynic in me felt a bit uneasy when I arrived as the price quoted on the sign was less than half what I had paid for my last two cuts. Deanne, the owner, greeted me warmly and directed me to one of the available chairs and Jodie introduced herself and we began discussing what to do with my hair. The conversation flowed easily and the cut was soon through. It looked great!Deanne, Jodie and I were chatting at the counter and it was time to pay the bill. I was shocked that it was exactly as the sign said. Wow!Two things stand out:1. The cut was of exceptional quality done by an extremely professional and skilled stylist!2. It was EXACTLY as advertised, no bait and switch, no hidden charges!If you want a great cut from a part of the community who has been operating at the same location in Picton for many years, go see the ladies at Dee-Jays.
