Without a doubt, the worst dining experience I have ever had. I wish I were exaggerating when I say that first sentence, but it couldn't be more true. I was part of a group of 12 which decided to go there for dinner. We initially noticed other tables had not been cleared, with dirty dishes and flies on some of the tables, we decided not to let it deter us. There was one waitress who was serving and appeared to be very overwhelmed by the amount of orders she was taking. Eventually, after 1/2 hour of waiting to order, she made her way to our table and took our order, for the record I ordered 1 pad see ew, and 1 spring roles (which is the first item on the menu). The group waited an entire hour before seeing any food, at which point the waitress ever-so-slowly, bringing dishes out 1 after 1 started to bring the food out. After 1.5 hours my order of pad see ew finally arrived, and when I asked about my spring roles, I was told the restaurant "didn't have any" from the waitress. Additionally one member of the group's food never arrived, after waiting for 2 hours. Also my group unanimously agreed the quality of the food was below average. I couldn't believe how terrible the service was at this place, I recommend literally going to any other Thai restaurant, and avoiding this completely. This restaurant is an absolute joke, I think several other people have written similar reviews to back up this point. Oh and the dirty dishes I mentioned, were still there when we left. (And the flies) I sincerely hope the owners of this restaurant hire some additional chefs or waiters. Until then I'm sure they're going to continue getting reviews like this.
This restaurant is a place I come to every week for takeaway. The food they serve are delicious and quite affordable as well.
Great food, lovely service and atmospher. Cannot wait to dine here again. Thanks for a lovely evening.
By far the worst food and service I have ever had. - Waited 55 minutes for the entree. - Many people walked out after waiting 40 mins for their order to be taken. - Some entree dishes came out with mains. - Rice came out after curry dishes were finished. - Ordered whole deep fried fish. Middle was frozen. - BBQ pork was pork cutlet cut up. Not pork belly. - List goes on. - After all this, was still charged full amount for meal. Will NEVER go back. Stay away.
We recently had take-away from here and it was great. The satay chicken was really tasty and my husband liked his too (I cant remember what he got).
